Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged throughout their healing journey.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, build healthy coping skills, and recognize the strengths you already have.
I also value the connection between the mind and body. Our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are closely connected, and understanding that relationship can be an important part of healing. Together, we can explore how stress and emotional experiences affect your overall well-being while developing ways to release tension, improve self-awareness, and feel more balanced.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating other therapeutic methods based on your individual needs and goals. My approach may also include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Our first session is a warm, supportive conversation where we get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your experiences, relationships, and the factors that may be affecting your mind, body, and overall well-being. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I want you to feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in the process.
With a balance of grace and honesty, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I am honored to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and discover the best version of yourself.
I have experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, stress, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship concerns, identity issues, and major life transitions.
I earned my degree from Montclair State University in 2015 and have developed a holistic approach to supporting individuals through a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. My clinical experience has reinforced the importance of creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable exploring difficult experiences.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and somatic approaches. I draw from these methods to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being.
I believe meaningful progress begins with understanding the whole person, not just the challenges they are experiencing. My goal is to help clients build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and develop practical tools that support lasting emotional well-being.
