Inspirational quote (for top of page): “Healing doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. It only asks that you keep showing up for yourself, one honest step at a time.

I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My role as a therapist is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences, develop insight, and build the skills they need to move forward with confidence and clarity. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and meet each client where they are, honoring their pace, their story, and their goals.
I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and families across both telehealth and in-person settings. My work includes comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing therapy using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and play therapy. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, supervised and mentored graduate-level interns, and remained deeply committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence. At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and that with the right support, insight, and tools, real transformation is possible.
