I believe that every person holds an innate capacity for growth and resilience, even when life feels fractured or overwhelming. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where your lived experiences, cultural background, and values are honored as central to the healing process. My work is grounded in a deep respect for human dignity and the transformative power of authentic connection.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a deeply relational style, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. I combine practical tools from CBT and mindfulness with a compassionate, feminist lens to help you uncover strengths, challenge limiting narratives, and build sustainable change. My approach invites curiosity, courage, and self-compassion, fostering a space where healing feels both safe and empowering.
