I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and work toward achieving their personal goals. A central focus of my work is supporting expecting, hopeful, and new parents as they navigate both the beauty and the challenges that come with parenthood. I also have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, relationship challenges, and ADHD. As a parent of a neurodivergent child myself, I have a deep appreciation for the complex and often unexpected journey that can come with this role, and I find meaningful purpose in supporting others as they navigate it.
I have 10 years of clinical experience and have had the opportunity to work with different populations across the lifespan. From children in foster care to mature adults in nursing homes, I have a wide range of experience treating various presenting concerns. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. I love working with both individuals and their families.
