Kimberly Reed, LPC is a licensed therapist and certified DBT provider with experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns. She works with adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and emotion regulation difficulties. Kimberly’s approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Clients often describe Kimberly as warm, direct, and grounded. She believes that therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Her goal is to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
