I believe therapy works best in a safe, collaborative, and strengths-focused space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, build practical coping skills, and cultivate greater well-being. I draw on evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, tailoring each session to your unique needs so that therapy fits you—not the other way around.
I have extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care in both residential eldercare settings and in interdisciplinary private practice. I have worked alongside neurologists, psychiatrists, and fellow therapists to support adults and older adults navigating a variety of presenting concerns.
