I believe that unhelpful behaviors that keep us stuck are our attempts to meet our essential needs. My goal is to help you identify those needs and find healthy and effective ways to meet them. During my time as a counselor, I’ve learned that self-knowledge allows us to practice self-respect, build healthy relationships, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
I provide a compassionate and affirming, yet direct and honest space for individuals to truly connect to themselves. Together we will challenge the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that keep you from finding the best version of you.
My clinical specialties are eating disorders, trauma, and depression. I use EMDR, narrative, and feminist therapies to help clients achieve their goals. I also strive to incorporate my values of anti-racism, HAES, intersectional feminism, and sex positivity into my clinical care. Finding a therapist can be a difficult process, and I invite you to reach out to see we’re the right fit.
