I believe that true healing takes time, care, and connection. My goal is to create a space where clients can safely explore their experiences without fear of judgment and begin to rebuild trust in themselves. I approach therapy like a meaningful conversation—honest, supportive, and sometimes a little humorous. Growth doesn’t have to be formal or forced; it happens in real moments of understanding and authenticity.
With over 10 years in the field, I’ve worked extensively with clients recovering from narcissistic abuse, trauma, and substance use. My background as a paramedic has given me deep respect and empathy for first responders and others working in high-stress environments. My own life experiences have shaped my ability to connect genuinely with clients, offering both compassion and candor. I bring warmth, empathy, and a bit of blunt honesty to every session—because healing works best when we keep it real.
