At Mentella Health, our licensed clinicians deliver evidence-based couples counseling online across Illinois and PSYPACT states so you can focus on connection, not commutes.
At Mentella Health, we believe the best therapy happens when your therapist is energized, grounded, and genuinely invested. That’s why our team gets the support they need — so you get the focus you deserve.
No divided attention, no burnout in the background — just 100% presence for you and your relationship.
Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, partnered, polyamorous, monogamous, or somewhere in between — we’re here to help you build something stronger, not just “fix what’s broken.”
