We will navigate the restorative process with emphasis on empowering all of you: body, emotions, & mind, with continuous awareness & affirmation of the whole person: race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, varying abilities & strengths. I specialize in mood & anxiety disorders, as well as substance use, ranging from sobriety, moderation, & harm reduction. I have worked with individuals & groups at various levels of care: including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, & inpatient, & with many presentations: including substance use, depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, & dual diagnosis (mental health & substance use co-occurring). I enjoy sharing my screen & providing visuals while cultivating a therapy space that is half processing (talking things through, receiving validation & reflection), half skills building/accountability (not just processing, but actionable steps or tactics), & can adapt to your requests!
