“Healing begins when you no longer have to choose between who you are and where you come from, and instead learn how to let both exist fully and honestly in the same space.”

Philosophy

I believe meaningful change happens within safe, authentic relationships—both in therapy and beyond it. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relational patterns. I focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening communication, and supporting clients as they integrate different parts of their identity in a way that feels whole and self-directed.

Experience

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational conflict, and identity-related challenges. I have focused experience supporting clients recovering from narcissistic abuse and emotionally harmful relationship patterns, helping them rebuild trust, boundaries, and self-worth. Drawing from my clinical training and lived experience as a Syrian American, I am especially attuned to the complexities faced by multicultural and bicultural clients seeking belonging, clarity, and emotional balance.accepting new clients
