Approach
I believe that therapy is most powerful when it honors the whole person—their history, identity, culture, and lived experience. My work is rooted in the belief that each person carries both the story of where they’ve been and the capacity to shape where they’re going. Together, we’ll explore those stories with curiosity and compassion, identifying the patterns that no longer serve you and creating space for new possibilities to emerge.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I work alongside you to build practical coping skills while also deepening self-understanding and self-compassion. My goal is to help you strengthen resilience, clarify your values, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space is central to my practice. I am especially passionate about supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as those navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, or major life transitions. At its core, my philosophy is about empowerment—helping you connect with your strengths, reclaim your agency, and write the next chapter of your story with authenticity and confidence.
